Open to most levels (intermediate and upwards).

At the end of the 1hr class, there will be an extra 15min time period for questions. 

Register online and receive a Zoom link before class starts. After class, you will receive a recorded link available for 48 hours.

ONLINE CLASS POLICY:

1. No recording or taking screenshots of the class
2. No sharing of live or recorded links
3. Only 1 person is allowed to attend the class online per registered participant
4. As an active participant of the class, your camera must be on at all times and you must be visible
5. Mute your microphone, unless asking a question

Not adhering to any of these policies will result in being removed from class and/or having your membership revoked.
