Welcome to the Mini-Clinics! In these 1hr clinics the instructor will focus in on teaching a specific move, trick or technique that they specialize in, offering you all the tips and tidbits they've learned in their journey towards mastery. 

 

April Mini-Clinic:

Perfect the basic shoulder stand and learn some fun variations with Zoey! This is a pole-assisted class. We’ll start with a short warmup and shoulder stand prep conditioning, then break down shoulder stand basics and progressions.

 

Capacity: Up to two people per pole

Level: Pole 303+ or Hardstyle experience recommended. Kneepads and heels suggested but not required.
