Welcome to the Mini-Clinics! In these 1hr clinics the instructor will focus in on teaching a specific move, trick or technique that they specialize in, offering you all the tips and tidbits they've learned in their journey towards mastery. 

 

Are you working on the elusive Bird of Paradise pole move? Never tried it, but really want to? Whether you're just curious about Bird of Paradise or have already started working on it, this class is for you. We'll explore exercises and stretches that support the movement, helping you build strength, open up the right areas, and move toward the pose with more ease and confidence.
