Our nutrition service includes having Karina, our Nutrition and Wellness Coach, work with you on developing new, healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits. She will be available to assist you throughout each week, using our online coaching platform.  

Additionally, you will have access to bi-weekly coaching calls with Karina, during which you and her can discuss how things are going, and how to overcome any roadblocks (if any), when it comes to achieving your goals.
