Your 5-12 year old has the option of signing up for full day camps at Üphoria. Children will get the chance to engage in age appropriate programming to introduce them to the fundamentals of yoga in order for them to build a strong foundation. Other camp activities include breathing techniques, arts and crafts, dance, music, games, quiet time and free play. Each child should come prepared with 2 snacks (nut free) and lunch from home.
