For this week only the full day camp is from 9am to 2pm (instead of 4pm). Move, play, and relax! Üphoria offers half-day camps for children ages 5-8 to explore yoga and mindfulness in a safe and playful way. Camps are appropriate for children new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Activities include breathwork, yoga poses and expressive movement, games, arts & crafts, outdoor time, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and nut-free snack. Please note: children must be 6 years or older on or before December 31, 2023 and currently enrolled in school (Kindergarten & up)
