Are you ready to explore the art of sensual movement? Come build your confidence through sultry movement and flow. You will be taken through several prompts to help in creating and mastering your flow through the beauty of pole dance. This workshop is helpful when creating showcase and competition routines. Appropriate for ALL levels. Come ready to dance your heart out!

What to wear? As much, or as little (highly encouraged) as you like! Bring layers if you want and we'll explore “peel-off” techniques. Come ready to flaunt whatever makes you feel like the sultry babe you are. Focus will be kept to low flow, base work, and floor work. Kneepads and socks are highly encouraged. Heels may be used at your discretion.
