In this two-hour workshop you'll work on building strength and understanding techniques to help you find confidence in your handstands.

We will discuss key anatomy to better understand the shoulder girdle to support inverting while also connecting to our proprioception. We'll then warm up with a flow before workshopping strength-building and engagement drills specific to hand balancing. 

For safety, space is limited to 24 students.
