Welcome to SOUL FUEL’s Virtual Studio; we are excited to get you started with our positive, motivational + empowering online program.

As weekly VIRTUAL STUDIO Members you have unlimited access to 30+ weekly LIVE Zoom classes + 100s of ON-DEMAND workouts from our video library. So, if you miss a live class or the times don’t work for you, you can take all of them anytime at your leisure!

Here are instructions on how things work (if you haven’t participated already):

1. Purchase your Online Membership - DONE!

2. Register for class(es) through MBO or our website: www.soulfuelfitness.ca/schedule

3. Download ZOOM (https://zoom.us/signup), it's easy + free!

4. 1 hour before your live class starts, you will be emailed a Zoom meeting link from hello@fitgrid.com - click + you're in!

5. You will arrive to the meeting, with everyone else in the class ready to roll! Mute your mic during class + if you’d prefer not to be seen, just keep your camera off too.

6. Recorded classes can be accessed at any time through the ON-DEMAND tab on our Mindbody site. Just click the link + the video will open in a pop-up window (Google Chrome works best).

7. Make sure you opt-in to “News + Promos” emails so you don't miss out on any important updates to our VIRTUAL STUDIO program!

8. Share the SOUL FUEL FITNESS goodness with all of your friends + family around the world!!!

Once you’re hooked you can make a bigger (and more affordable) commitment to our monthly membership program ($85 + HST monthly), which you can also cancel anytime penalty-free.
