6-9 yrs old, 10:30 to 11:15 am
10 - 14 yrs, 11:30 - 12:30 pm

We are voted the #1 gym in Solano County and like to take our youth to the next level. This Bomb summer camp will explode June 13- July 27, 2023. Our explosion camp will provide Important nutrition education, Fun fitness activities,Improve balance, agility, build endurance,motor skills, hand eye coordination, learn proper form & techniques along with developing skills to be a team player.
