There are many different types of self-care including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact on managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining positive mental health.
Self-care is not selfish or an indulgence. It’s not a one-time thing. It is important to remember that compassion begins with compassion for the self. Non-judgement starts with releasing judgement of the self.
As we come together in community and friendship, we learn that we are not alone.
Being in a Space of love, compassion, and non-judgement allows each of us To Be…our Authentic Selves, ask for what we need and call forth more Self-Love and Balance in our lives.
Do you need some Bodywork?
The month of February, we will learn Trigger Point Therapy to address common physical aches and injuries and will work on any physical issues requested by participants.
