This sacred ceremony workshop is a chance for you to pause and create a ceremony around connecting to your body and soil. It all starts with the ceremony of smudging tradition of the indiginous people of America to remove negative energy. We will honor Mother Earth and the 7 directions. A 90minute yoga practice will follow the ceremony to connect to the rhythyms of your body and soul. The last ceremonywill be a 40 minute meditation on the subtle energies of the chakras.
