Join Brooke for a 1.5 hour workshop workshop catered towards the changing of the seasons with Yoga, Tea, a Nourishing meal, and education about ways to remain balanced Ayurvedically.
Embrace the change from Summer to Fall with an Asana practice to dispel accumulated heat (pitta) and grounding asana to help transition to the Fall/Winter. Pranayama (breathwork) & meditation will be included to guide your yoga practice in a grounding and nourishing way.
Brooke will provide Tea and a homeade traditional Ayurvedic dish called Khichadi. You will also learn simple daily practices to help keep your body balanced and to learn to listen to your body's natural ques. An overview of each season and it's Ayurvedic qualities will be discussed. You will learn how an imbalance may manifest in your body, and the ways in which you can remain balanced.
