Workshop Walk in Beauty with Ana and Jose
This Yoga series includes three robust 2.5 hour Asana classes & one 2.5 hour Hybrid class, which contains 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. To Walk in Beauty means to walk in harmony with all things. Thinking and acting in a Beauty Way completely shifts our perception of life. This series takes us on healing journey, getting us into our bodies & working deeply with the hips, back, pelvis & neck. Extensive pranayama work, including musical Brahmari through the chakras, helps us free our mind from nemesis thinking patterns. Musical Sun Salutations, along with an invigorating back bend class & ample inversion work, are all designed to help move the stagnant debris that inhibits connection to our vital life-force.
