Holds must be requested minimum 48 hours prior to the start of the hold
All holds must be emailed with a start and end date to hello@pilatescartel.com.au
Each additional hold will incur a $10 fee
You can book 1 class per day online, if you would like to attend a 2nd class in a day you can contact the studio and you will be added to a class if it is not at capacity.

Freedom to cancel with 1 week’s notice
Cancellation notice must be emailed to HELLO@PILATES CARTEL.COM.AU, messages over social media or via text will not be accepted.
All monies owing must be paid before membership can be cancelled
Any payments owing in your 7 days notice will be your last monies deducted.

Cannot be shared and must only be used by the person that purchased the membership.
Credit card (visa&mastercard) payments will attract a 1.5 % surcharge, if you would like to direct debit from your bank account to stop the credit card charges, please email your BSB and ACCOUNT number and we’ll update your payment details to reflect this.
