Our Intro classes teaches the foundations of proper body alignment and essential Pilates principles as well as how to safely use a Reformer apparatus. This class is the first step in a mat or reformer Pilates journey and is perfect for any Pilates beginner. It is also the pre-requisite for all other Selah classes.

After the Fundamentals you can begin regular mat sessions starting with level 1 and working your way up!
