Feel the power of breath work and the sound healing of the crystal and Tibetan bowls. In this class you will be doing 4 -5 rounds of a deep guided breathing technique. During the breath work we play music and for the last part you are bathed in the sound of the singing bowls and gons that transport you into a magical hipnotic, meditative state. You will leave relaxed refreshed and recharged after a long week.
