Prerequisites: know at least one entry into a handspring or ayesha, and one entry into the brass monkey, and be able to hold these moves for a few seconds. People who are working on kicking up into a handspring are welcome.
This workshop will focus on conditioning exercises and
techniques for various methods of deadlifting into a
handspring/Ayesha, including airwalks, leg swings, chest-ups, and
press-ups.
