practice “cobra pose,” “downward dog,” “cat and cow,” and so forth.
Unleash your wild side & join Paisley Devi for a primal
movement practice co-facilitated by Brian Bowles, founder of Lost
Step Kung Fu.
Brian has been practicing martial arts
for 35 years. His classes combine animal & primal movements
into flows that use body weight to build strength, coordination,
balance, and mobility.
Paisley is a 500-hr certified yoga
instructor with a passion for dance and primal movements that
ground the root chakra and open the heart. She will lead a
yoga-based warm up and cool down.
Everyone is welcome and modifications will be offered. However, participants will get the most out of this class if they have the ability to squat/ crouch, crawl, kneel, jump, and move somewhat quickly.
