Juniors are taught the techniques and skills of boxing in a safe, welcoming environment where motivation, enjoyment and discipline are the foundations of every class. All the children who come through the doors will not only develop their boxing skills and fitness, but key personal skills too.

All kids are welcome! If they are keen to learn how to box and have high aspirations to excel in the boxing ring, the opportunity to progress is certainly encouraged and nurtured. If boxing is a means to keep fit, build strength and maintain a healthy weight, that will be strongly supported and encouraged. The coaches keep the training fun and interesting.

Boxing is an excellent way of building confidence, making new friends and improving mental wellbeing. The coaches are advocates for inspiring young people, through boxing, to enjoy and understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

This membership entitles the junior to 3 classes a week, including school holidays.
