What can you expect from my class?

A skillfully guided journey through the body. With roots in the Sivananda tradition, my classes bring awareness to the deep connection with your breath, your focus, and your body. You will leave these classes feeling grounded, connected, and glowing from the inside out!

Total 20 morning classes from 6:30 - 8am and interchangeable with afternoon session with teacher approval.

Upon purchase you will be automatically registered into the sessions.
