Join Alli for a 2hr Immersive Yang Yin & Sound Bath.

Starting with Breath, Chanting & Intention setting ready to Restart the New Year. Alli will then lead you into a Creative Vinyasa flow allowing the body to move freely as we focus on breath & movement clearing the way ready to slow down and Refocus into a Yin practice where we allow the body time to soften and relax holding postures between 2 & 5 minutes. Finally we Relax into a soothing Sound Bath allowing the sounds of the Gong, Crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls to wash over the body relaxing you  into pure bliss.

Studio information: please leave plenty of time to get to the studio (or log on if you are attending virtually) to ensure a safe & harmonious experience for all, latecomers will not be permitted as the teacher will already be in the class.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of class.
