This pass is for the mama who wants its all, movement, connection, relaxation and a little bit of strength.  With two prenatal classes (one being on the reformer) on the schedule and access to a prenatal safe restorative class. There are so many chances to reconnect with your practice and self. Our instructors create programs meant to help you feel supportive during this part of your journey.
