The Aura House is DELIGHTED to be joined by Elizabeth DiAlto, creator of the School of Sacred Embodiment, who will guide you through gentle healing movement, mantras, amazing music, community and connection She also has a little Wild Soul Surprise that she isn't even telling us about until the event! Even if you don't yet know Elizabeth ... you're going to want in on whatever she brings.

 

Known for her nuanced, inclusive, and humor-infused approach to spirituality and the healing arts, Elizabeth DiAlto is an Embodiment Specialist and a Spiritual Futurist.

In 2013 she founded the School of Sacred Embodiment, where she’s developed a range of healing and liberatory frameworks and modalities that blend together movement, energy work, and mystical wisdom. Her specialty is helping people live through what she calls the highest part of all of us – our Wild Soul.

A native New Yorker with Boricua and mixed-European roots, Elizabeth is touring the US, Canada and Europe in 2024, teaching Wild Soul Movement. She’s also an avid salsa dancer, loves the ocean, and has a laugh that has been described as “a sound bath of sunshine and joy.”
