NOTE: This week we are partnership with Northbrook Canoe Company and will float down the Brandywine. Caregivers are welcome to join their child(ren). The extra cost on the day for the camper TBA and Caregivers will also need to pay Northbrook for their float.
Week long daycamp 9am-3pm for ages 6 -12 June-August summer at Sugars Bridge Farm!
This week is all 5 days! There will be no reduction in cost if you are taking July 4th off.
We will be planting a variety of plants in the garden and in our own pots. We will explore farming practices in all sorts of fun ways and hopefully having some wonderful experienced farmers from the community come and share their experiences and help us do some fun projects here on the farm. We are in the midst of creating a fun farming week, more info on this week coming soon.
Our list of general camp activities includes gardening, swimming, boating (with certified lifeguards at all times), arts and crafts, farm olympics, theater, science projects, fishing and more. We are also offering the unique experience of getting to care for eight alpacas, a variety of chickens, and ducks. This summer is going to be one for the books!
Camper information (medical history, swimming abilities and friends and family that they are coming with) is collected via a separate email sent to you after booking has been paid for. Please fill it out. It reduces our work load if this can be done immediatley and we do not have to reach back out to families for the important information we need about your children. Even if you are a returning camper we need the form filled out again. Thank you everyone!
Each camper can be signed up for as many weeks as are available

New to our camp - Parents/Guardians please take your time and make a profile on our WellnessLiving Scheduling Software.
Returning Parents/Guardians sign into your account at the time of purchase if you forgot your password make a new one and please make sure all your information is current.
Please add another parent/guardian and their contact information so we have more then one contact in case of emergency. Add your child or children and please add birthdates. Once your child or children are added in as family members to your profile you can purchase them a week(s) of camp. You will need to sign up one child at a time and pay for them individually.
There are no other Discounts while we are offering the Early Bird Special.
Please call Sharlene at 610-203-4141 for assistance if you are having difficuly registering your child or children for camp.
Once Parents/Guardians have created a Profile below are step by step instructions how to add another family member.
To add a family member:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Add family member button .
- Select who will be paying for all the family member’s transactions from the All transactions for this account paid by list.
- Select the family member’s relationship with the client from the This client is a [relationship] of [client name] list.
- Enter the family member’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
- Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
To book a service for a family member:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- In the list, select the family member for whom you want to book a service.
- Click Book Now.
Important information to know prior to booking
A) Campers will bring their own lunch.
B) We are not a Nut Free Camp
C) “Barnyard Summer Camp (BSC) requires that all reserved sessions are paid in advance. Any missed days by individual campers during the session are forfeited. Days missed due to extreme weather will not be refunded. Customers can cancel their week (s) of camp bookings two weeks AFTER THEIR INITIAL PURCHASE.”
D) After signing up, you will recieve a reciept of purchase confirming your booking. Check your reciept and print it out for tax purposes. Please click the link that says Camper Informational Form! IT IS IMPORTANT TO FILL OUT YOUR CAMPER (S) FORM!
E) Pickup and dropoff instructions will be sent out separately prior to camp starting.
