NOTE: Northbrook Canoe company is taking campers tubing down the Brandywine. There is an addition cost of $25.00 for tubing collected on the first day of camp) Caregivers are welcome to join their camper on this day. Caregivers will have to pay us on the first day of camp as well.  The money then will go directly to Northbrook.  They are picking everyone up at the farm and setting us up for a float down the Brandywine and then returning us to the farm. The trip from Door to Door is approximately 2 hours.  9:30 departure and 12 arrival to the farm

Week long daycamp for ages 8 -12 years being offered this June-August summer 2022 at Sugars Bridge Farm! All CDC Covid-19 recomendations will be met to the fullest extent.

This week's theme focuses on outdoor survival, hiking, exploration, shelter creation, and getting dirty! 

In addition to the theme, our list of classic camp activities includes gardening, swimming, boating (with certified lifeguards at all times), arts and crafts, farm olympics, theater, science projects, fishing and more. We are also offering the unique experience of getting to care for nine alpacas, a wide variety of chickens, and ducks. 

Camper information is collected after booking has been paid for.

Each camper can be signed up for as many weeks as are available

Note: when the signup option says 5 sessions, this means 5 days or One Week

Please Take the Time to Read our Instructions how to sign your child or children up for camp: 

New to our camp - Parents/Guardians please take your time and make a profile on our WellnessLiving Scheduling Software.

Returning Parents/Guardians sign into your account at the time of purchase if you forgot your password make a new one and please make sure all your information is current.

Please add another parent/guardian and their contact information so we have more then one contact in case of emergency.  Add your child or children and please add birthdates.  Once your child or children are added in as family members to your profile you can purchase them a week(s) of camp. You will need to sign up one child at a time and pay for them individually.

There are no other Discounts while we are offering the Early Bird Special.

Once Parents/Guardians have created a Profile below are step by step instructions how to add another family member. 

To add a family member:

1. In the top menu, click My Profile.
2. Click the Add family member button .
3. Select who will be paying for all the family member’s transactions from the All transactions for this account paid by list.
4. Select the family member’s relationship with the client from the This client is a [relationship] of [client name] list.
5. Enter the family member’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
6. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.

To book a service for a family member:

1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
2. In the list, select the family member for whom you want to book a service.
3. Click Book Now.

Important information to know prior to booking

A) Campers will bring their own lunch.

B) We are not a Nut Free Camp

C) “Barnyard Summer Camp (BSC) requires that all reserved sessions are paid in advance. Any missed days by individual campers during the session are forfeited. Days missed due to extreme weather will not be refunded. Customers can cancel their week (s) of camp bookings two weeks AFTER THEIR INITIAL PURCHASE.” 

D) After signing up, you will recieve a reciept of purchase confirming your booking. Check your reciept and print it out for tax purposes.  Please click the link that says Camper Informational Form! IT IS IMPORTANT TO FILL OUT YOUR CAMPER (S) FORM! 

E) Pickup and dropoff instructions will be sent out separately prior to camp starting.
