Join us for Liberate.Her, a transformative workshop at Vertical Addicts focused on self-empowerment and body positivity. This workshop is all about feeling comfortable in your own skin and embracing your authentic self. No pole is included but we will be down on the floor incorporating all activities that we will learn throughout the workshop so you can take this stuff home with you.
