The session will start with some gentle guided movement, focusing on the breath and the spine.
You will then be guided to lay down with bolsters and blankets to be bathed in resonant vibrations, melodic tones & sounds of nature in an elemental sound journey.
 
Tibetan singing bowls release gentle ripples of sound, while chimes infuse the air with harmonious frequencies along with different elemental sounds that allow these auditory caresses to gently coax away the strains of modern life, allowing tension to dissipate and a deep sense of well-being to emerge.
