Pregnant Mamas - join us for a nourishing one day retreat at the beautiful Morning Light studio where you will connect in circle with other pregnant mamas and hear from our in-house experts on how to best support your pregnant body and Nervous System and set you up for success in the postpartum period once baby has arrived. 

 

Kayla, Morning Light founder and recent new mama herself will share key info on how to support yourself with movement in pregnancy; debunking the myths around what is safe / unsafe to do; taking into consideration supporting the Pelvic Floor and Core muscles in pregnancy to support birth and recovery; and how to use Ayurvedic protocol pre and postpartum to ensure a smoother transition out of the pregnancy vessel

 

Jaz our Yoga Therapist & Pregnancy Yoga & ChildBirth education teacher will share how you can use specific Yoga practices to support your body for pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery: giving you some takeaway tools to bring into your daily routine whilst pregnant. She'll also be showing you how to tone and prepare your Nervous System for both childbirth and motherhood; allowing you to better integrate both change and challenge

Together we will gather in circle to create connection and explore our experiences and insights into the pregnancy and motherhood journey; ending the day in an intention and ritual setting practice to anchor in the key learnings and takeaways from our day.
