Event Highlights:

Dynamic Workshops to Workout: Explore a variety of dynamic Yoga, Pilates, Functional Movement, Reformer and HIIT Style classes designed to invigorate your body and uplift your spirit. From energizing vinyasa flows to core-strengthening pilates sessions, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Many of the classes will be ran as workshops so expect them to be different to your usual Mat or Reformer class!

High-energy workouts that will leave you feeling empowered and rejuvenated. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to fitness, our expert instructors will guide you through fun and engaging sessions that will inspire you to reach new heights.

Family Wellness Workshops: Nurture your family's well-being with interactive workshops designed for all ages. From mindfulness activities to partner yoga sessions, bond with your loved ones while discovering the benefits of holistic wellness together.

Sharing Knowledge: We will let you have a break too! Enjoy some refreshments while learning from guest speakers from topics around Gut Health as well as Philosophy.

Wind Down: Prefer a slightly slower pace? We've got you. The day is designed just as the seasons ebb and flow so we have something for everybody! Our nourishing more restorative classes are not to be missed allowing for deep rest amidst the buzz of the festival. We have also arranged for Zen Thai Massage Therapists to be available offering treatments onsite!

First come first served basis - if you get early bird tickets you'll have first pick to book!
