On our Mini Nature Retreat we will explore our natural surroundings for reconnection, relaxation, presence and the cultivation of universal energy. Nature Guide, Rebecca Chapman, a Florida Master Naturalist, will lead us on our path. As we explore  the wonder of our surroundings Rebecca will highlight our journey discovering nature through flora and fauna.

At the heart of the process there will be a 10-minute ‘solo’ period of time in nature.  This is a rich and often unforgettable exercise that has been practiced by people throughout time; wandering through nature to connect to the source. Afterwards, we will create a space to practice a warm and gentle flow. Snacks and refreshments will be provided after our hike.

Join us as we share stories and wisdom on our walk. Those who attend will work together to create a SPECIAL GIFT to take some of that magic from the experience, back home.
