Combine your personal training and your nutrition coaching into one package!  You will get to work with a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach to help build strength, flexibility and cardio fitness and also work on fine tuning your diet to help feed your body properly.  This package will give you 12 personal training sessions and 12 nutrition coaching sessions with JoAnn.
