In this calming workshop, you’ll explore the powerful connection between essential oils and stress relief as we transition into the fall season. We’ll dive into the basics of essential oils, including how they’re derived from plants, and learn how specific oils can help alleviate anxiety and promote relaxation. Discover the history and benefits of using oils to support emotional and mental well-being, especially during times of seasonal change.
You’ll also gain hands-on experience in creating your own blend and learning how to safely incorporate these oils into your daily routine. To deepen the experience, we’ll finish with a soothing restorative yoga session where you can use your personalized oil blend, enhancing the practice to bring balance and tranquility to both mind and body.
