Many yoga practitioners are drawn to inversions, but overcoming the initial challenges requires building strength in the core, wrists, and shoulders. This workshop focuses on conditioning these key areas through a mix of drills and techniques for all levels.

In the first half of the workshop, we'll blend a yoga sequence with conditioning drills from my background in gymnastics, dance, yoga, and martial arts. The second half will focus on detailed tips for both beginner and advanced arm balancing postures, offering practical insights to build a strong foundation for your inversion practice.
