We will meet at Liv Outside in Bracebridge , where we will walk down to the river from there to grab the paddle board, paddle, and life jacket ( all provided for you) and get into the water. From there we will paddle around the corner - up to 10 minutes- to Bracebridge Bay where we will begin the class. We will learn how to paddle, and have fun exploring different movements, yoga poses, and yoga flows on the water. After practice is over- we will paddle back to Liv Outside.

Wear your bathing suit, and bring a towel. Everything else is provided for you !
