Join Nicky and guest Alannah Kemp for a Yin Yoga class where all the music will be played live as an immersive sound bath! 

The sound bath with consist of crystal singing bowls, chimes and tongue drum. These sound instruments in combination with guided breathwork and Yin Yoga postures will draw the body into deep relaxation. This relaxed state can improve mood, sleep quality and digestion as well as increase feelings of clarity, openness and connectedness.

This event is open to everyone and current Nock Academy members will receive 10% discount at check out. Admission fee $35.00 plus tax.

Registration is required prior to the event.

It is recommended that you wear multiple layers and socks to keep warm as a Yin practice is slow and postures are held for minutes rather than breaths. You may wish to bring a blanket for the final relaxation. 

Mats and blocks are provided by the studio. If you prefer to bring your own please do.
