Join Reiki Masters and Meditation Teachers Jean Zissler and Christine Buck for one hour of Reiki infused mindfulness and a guided meditation.  Christine will lead a guided journey where we will connect to our spirit guides, angels and spirit animals.  We will then enter a deep state of healing as we travel through the seven chakras, releasing any blockages, all while being supported by our soul family.  During this time Jean will work her way around the room offering Reiki to all participants to deepen relaxation and healing.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as we only have a few to borrow.

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
