Plants have the intelligence of the Earth within them. Cacao is one of these powerful plants!  It is an abundant Superfood rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. “Magic Cacao” is from the indigenous BriBri tribe of Costa Rica, which is unroasted, and shared medicinally in ceremony such as this cacao circle. In this experience, we will combine the sharing of cacao and free-form movement.

We will set the intention to connect to our “Heart Center” (with cacao), our “Earth” (with gentle free-form movement), and our “Body” (with breathwork) to feel the Love! Free-form dance (ecstatic) is a way of releasing tension and obstacles held within our body. Cacao elevates the experience to a healing level. If the weather is permitting, we may briefly go outside to feel the Earth under our feet and experience our true Essence!

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
