Katie will guide you through deeply supported Restorative yoga poses as Kathy applies the therapeutic touch of Reflexology to your feet. The combination of these two therapies aid in not only relaxation but bringing you closer to wellness. Stay for refreshments and snacks!

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willie McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
