Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and renewal with our special Summer Solstice Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath session. As the solstice moves us into the new season and the sign of Cancer, we’ll embrace the energy of the sun and the warmth of summer while balancing the need to nurture and be nurtured. 

This gentle, meditative class combines calming restorative poses with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help you release tension and align with the energy of the season. As we honor the light of the solstice, you'll be guided into supported postures designed to soothe the nervous system, while the resonant sounds of the bowls wash over you, promoting balance, clarity, and inner peace. No experience necessary—just come as you are and let the stillness restore you.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have a few at the studio to borrow.

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willie McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
