Join Tanya and Payten for this once-a-summer 90 min Sound + Yin Yoga experience on Friday, July 19th at 6:30pm, $45

This is a forest soundbath like none that you have experienced before. Join us at Cal’s property in Arlington and be treated to a short hike thru second growth forest where you will arrive at your event location; on the banks of Pilchuck Creek just outside the forest edge. There you will ground-in amongst small stones and sand and experience the joy of yoga in the fresh air while embracing the sounds of the forest, creek, crystal bowls, gong and chimes.

Stay after practice for a creekside campfire and enjoy s'mores, bevvies and your fellow yogis. Event and campfire ends at 10pm. 

This experience is for anyone and all-levels welcome.

Below is everything you need to know prior to your event, including Tanya and Cal's phone numbers in case you have questions or concerns prior to or day-of.  The event date is Friday, July 19th at 6:30pm.  Please arrive about 15 minutes early to get parked, gather as a group and walk to the event site on the shores of the Creek. 

Stay after practice for a creekside campfire and enjoy s'mores, bevvies and your fellow yogis. Event and campfire ends at 10pm. 

Event Location / Cal’s property address:

3029 282nd St. NE Arlington, WA 98223. 

Approximate travel time from Everett is 35 minutes. Please arrive around 6:15pm. 

Directions Northbound I-5:

Take the WA 532 exit number 212 Eastbound off I-5 North. 

Take a Right at top of exit ramp onto the Stanwood Bryant Road.

Follow for approximately 1.5 miles.

Take Left turn onto 35th Ave NE (Espe Road).

Follow 35th Ave for approximately 1 mile until paved road takes a 90 degree turn to the Right @ 282^nd St NE. 

Do not follow pavement to the right.

Instead, at this junction, take a sharp Left turn onto gravel road 282nd St NE. 

PLEASE DRIVE SLOW, 5mph on the gravel driveway.

Follow gravel driveway and stay to the left, do not go right when you pass a steep driveway that dives-off to the right.

Gravel winds gradually downhill, continue to DRIVE SLOW. 

At the bottom you will see a tall brown and white birdhouse with names on it, including Solheim. 

Take a soft right turn here at the Y in the road at the birdhouse.

Follow gravel at the Y to the Right and you will receive directions for parking from Cal or Tanya's husbands, Nick or Steve. 

What to bring!

• Yoga mat
• Yoga props, if desired
• Water shoes so that you can cross the Creek to practice location (very shallow and easy crossing)
• Beach towel, optional for under your mat
• Flashlight for walk out as sun goes down and it can seem dark in the woods
• Sweatshirt or warm clothes for the evening if you get chilled easily
• Anything else that will make you feel comfortable and relaxed during the evening event
