5 Week Women's Self Defense Course

Welcome to the Women and Teen Self Defense Course!  Join us for our 6 week course starting Friday, June 14th, 2024 at 6:00PM - 7:15 PM for an empowering and action-packed event. This course is designed to equip women and teen girls with practical self-defense techniques, boosting confidence and personal safety. 

During this course, you'll learn a variety of effective self defense moves and strategies that can be applied in real life situations.  Our experienced instructors will guide you through hands-on training, teaching you how to identify potential threats, escape dangerouse situations, and protect yourself physically and mentally.

Whether you have little to no prior self-defense training or you're looking to enhance your existing skills, this course is suitable for all levels of experience. Join us and connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive community where everyone can learn and grow together.

90 minutes Per Class Fridays: (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

Dates: 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19 (No Class on 7/5)

REFUND POLICY: Up to 7 days before the event starts. If you find you can not atttend and its past the refund period  - Don't sweat it you will get a a credit toward attending a future Women's Self Defense Course of your choice.
