Join us for a transformative class that's perfect for beginners, led by Registered Nurse and 17 Year Bikram Yoga Instructor, Jessica Amitrano.
We will break down the postures and breathing exercises that comprise the 26 and 2, Bikram Yoga series.

Please
arrive 15 minutes early.
Come fully prepared (mat,towel,water etc) as if you are taking the
regular class - you will be practicing the postures but not with
the same intensity and the room will not be heated.
Prepare to take notes - this is a great opportunity to have any
questions answered, including the questions you didn't know you
had!
Each posture will be practiced, then discussed, addressing
benefits, form,
the intention of the posture, common pitfalls etc with
demonstrations from
Jessica and of course you if you want!
