At the suggestion of one of my lovely Graduate Teachers, these Yoga Teacher Refresher Days are an opportunity for graduates from several cohorts to get together & discuss at a threoretical, personal, professional & practical level, all the questions that have arisen since you began teaching your clients.

The days will run 11am-5pm

Prior to meeting, a schedule for the day will be collated by you; we'll put together a comprehensive list of all the many questions, this can be added to in the run up to the day.

Option to attend a taught class with Lucy at 9.30am in the studio, which you may or may not attend, which will touch on many of the listed topics.

The day will be fast paced & managed so that everyone's queries will be attended to.

Light lunch at 1.30-2pm

After an afternoon of talking & doing, we'll end the day perhpas with a meal in a nearby pub - optional of course! 

My hope is to run one of these three times a year.
