Join Shelly Grande for a Mala Necklace Making. A day of yogic movement and meditation infused with mantra, creativity and an integrative gong bath. Shelly will guide you through creating your very own mala necklace of 108 beads. The afternoon will begin with grounding meditations and a yoga flow, followed by connection and gathering in creation of your mala necklace. We'll then complete a meditation with our malas and luxuriate in a sound healing gong bath to honor the experience. You'll leave with a completed 108 bead mala necklace, a list of mantras to inspire utilizing your new meditation tool and information on your chosen crystals.
