Our Gentle Bloom Prenatal Yoga Series provide expectant mothers with a nurturing environment tailored specifically to their unique needs during pregnancy. These sessions offer a myriad of benefits, including gentle movements and stretches that can help alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, swollen joints, and fatigue. Prenatal yoga also focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation, which can be invaluable during labor and delivery. Additionally, it fosters a sense of connection with both the body and the growing baby, promoting overall well-being and a deeper bond between mother and child. Whether you're looking to ease the physical challenges of pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, or simply cultivate a sense of calm amidst the changes, our prenatal yoga series offer support every step of the way.
Guided by Tina Sanders. Tina is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher with specific training in pre and post natal yoga, and is a new mum herself, so she is very aware of the changes that occur within the body during and after pregnancy.
Summer Sessions runs on Tuesdays from 6:15 - 7:15pm and begins July 9th - August 13th.
All 6-weeks: $180+hst
Drop-In Class: $35+hst
