Our Introductory Package provides new clients with a discounted rate on four 1v1 sessions, before beginning group reformer classes.

Ensuring the safety of our clients, it's imperative new clients learn the basics before beginning in an established group class.

Prior to scheduling the first session, new members are encouraged to complete our in-person or virtual New Client Intake.

In order to provide the highest level of service to our existing clients, new clients may only participate in an existing class after first learning the fundamentals of Level 1.

*This package is a prerequisite for any new clients wishing to take Equipment Classes.
