- Integration of profound relaxation techniques including meditation and mindfulness practice

Tiffany, brings over 15 years of experience, holding a 500 E-RYT certification with Yoga Alliance along with expertise in various yoga modalities such as Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yin/Yang, Baptiste, Therapeutic, and PreNatal.
