Dr Joe is a chiropractor who also completed his yoga teacher training at Sunstate Yoga. He will be leading a workshop on neck and shoulder pain. The class will begin by discussing the anatomy of these two areas as well as common pains and dysfunctions we see in society. We will then go through specific yoga poses that can improve the health and range of motion of these major joints. We will also learn some rehab/ prehab exercises that can be done at home to continue to improve the health of the body.
