Our private sessions instructors specialize in fitness mobility, stress reduction, and yoga so our clients not only find strength in the body, but in the mind as well. If you feel private yoga sessions would be a good fit for you, we would love to learn a bit more about you and your goals!

As a movement specialist for over 10 years, Ashlea is able to use her knowledge to help you on your wellness journey. Ashlea has extensive background in balance, functional strengthening, health obstacles, and returning to life after injury. Utilizing both her 200 hour Yoga certification and her Personal Training certification, we will work together to find a movement plan that fits your needs and goals. This plan may include but not limited to Yoga, Strength Training, Balance work, Core stability, Agility training, Home program and Recovery. By utilizing multiple approaches, I help set you up for success!
